From small equipment foundations to complex structural systems, we provide end-to-end support from site investigation through to detailed design and construction readiness.

With strong construction experience and in-house surveying capabilities, our engineers ensure that every design is grounded in real-world understanding—reducing risk, improving buildability, and supporting smooth project execution.

Our Expertise Includes:

3D Modelling & BIM Integration

• Structural and civil modelling using Revit, Civil 3D, and Aveva E3D, supported by on-site laser scanning and point cloud generation led by our in-house Chartered Surveyor.
• Grey modelling through to fully detailed design models.
• Structured model reviews at 30%, 60%, and 90% development.
• Administration and content development support for all platforms.

Structural Design

• Engineering and detailing of structural systems including steelwork, concrete structures, access platforms, and pipe supports.
• Integrated support design with piping and stress teams.
• Structural assessment of loads from Caesar II outputs and site conditions.
• Use of Autodesk Robot, Tekla Tedds, and SCIA Engineer for analysis and design.

Foundation & Civil Design

• Design of piled, pad, and raft foundations for a wide range of applications—from pump bases to large-scale plant installations.
• Groundworks layout and setting-out drawings.
• Concrete detailing and reinforcement design.

Civil Site Layout Design

• Design of site infrastructure including roads, access, drainage, SuDS, and retaining structures.
• Coordination of statutory body approvals, including SAB applications (Wales) and related sectional agreements.

Design Deliverables

• Production of construction-ready documentation including:
  • General arrangement (GA) and detailed structural drawings
  • Pipe support details and schedules
  • Foundation layouts, rebar drawings, and steel fabrication packages
  • Design Specifications, Technical Notes, and Calculation Reports tailored to client requirements

Visualisation & Model Review

• Use of Navisworks to support model navigation, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across disciplines during design reviews and project development.
